Something that makes no sense in the Naruto and Sasuke vs Momo fight

Sasuke starts the fight with his sword in his hand pointed behind him, but when they blitz momo instead of using his sword and impaling his rinnegan right there Sasuke punches. Then he tries to pull out his sword later in the fight when he already had it out in the first place and Momo kicks it away. How does this make any sense?

He only grab the sword hilt and never pull it out from its scabbard when he running toward Momoshiki until that "moment"

No that was the sword scabbard(Cover) not sword blade. Look at the difference of color.

Yea It is wierd considering he only has one arm. Another wierd instance is how Naruto only used KCM in the first round where pretty much EVERYBODY's life was in danger. Then in the pic you just showed he is Rikudou Bijuu Mode. The animators cant make up their minds and it screws the story's credibility a little

Probably a mistake because if Sasuke used his sword he could have beheaded momoshiki or whatever
