Welcome to life, I doubt this will be the last time something like this will happen. Rember whats important to you isnt to your friends. The same thing will happen in other relationships bf/gf/family. I'd hope not as often but it will Im sure. Something similar happend to me with my friend Munky. I planed out a trip for us to take I was going to pay hotel/food/gas and he was going to supply the car. I flew in from out of state, and he pulls the same thing basicly saying he thought that I was talking about going to the town 45 minutes away. When I told him at least a 12x what I was talking about clearly and his response was he was ready and wanting to go. Only thing I can say is only one you should depend on getting stuff done is yourself. When you start expecting others to come through for you is when you get let down the most. Fudge it....
