Look Endles, the plot reason is not what I'm searching for. I could care less if Sakura is sleeping, or the fact that Sakura raised her. Read my OP and tell me where I stated she was a bad mother, or that she failed in raising her daughter? I only brought up the points that made me question why she would never tell Sarada about Sasuke. That's the discussion, and I don't want to argue about with you much, because I know its a soft spot right now. Though if you have a reason I want to hear it.

Sarada definitely developed that feeling because of how naruto talked about sasuke aka her father. It was more like naruto hyping him with that last line that made her get all excited and stuff. Providing the needed emotion that she needed in order to unlock her sharongan.

Exactly. But through their interactions, and by what Sarada says about her father, it seems that this is almost her first time hearing things about him. One could even say good things, though I definitely would not go that far.

Yeah, but I'm sure Sakura would not tell her about something so gory. I doubt she even knows about the Uchiha massacre. It might be an old generation type story.

Though what about the Sasuke that came back? Or the Sasuke in Team 7?

Just because Salada doesn't remember a thing about Sasuke
doesn't mean Sakura never told her anything about him...

Is that why Sarada states she knows nothing about him when Chou Chou asks "What kind of person is Sasuke?"

Salada can't tell how or what Sasuke is because she doesn't REMEMBER what he is like...
even though Sakura would've told her plenty of stories... Salada can't trust those stories 100%

She can't trust these stories from her own mother, yet she trusted Naruto whom is not directly blood related to her, even through his words it built up such emotion that she activated the Sharingan? Gotta be joking.

Whatever Sakura told Salada, Salada would take it with a grain of salt...
Salada can't explain how Sasuke is because she can't use her "own memories" to tell.

I am myself confused about Sharingan awakening. The panel where Naruto keeps his hand on her head zooms into her eye specifically. And then there is a panel where she is having a strange feeling being in presence of Naruto. So I am not sure if Sharingan activation started triggering from that time or when she goes to the tower.

She has a fair idea about many things, just not about Sasuke. For eg:- she knew Sasuke was the last of Uchiha and when Naruto mentioned Sharingan , she did not act surprised about it. Hell even Chouchou did not act surprised. So she (and maybe the whole village) are familiar about Sharingan traits. The only thing being hidden from her is about Sasuke and it seems to be on purpose. Sakura, Naruto and Shizune know it I am sure.

Exactly. The only thing canon wise that she seems to know about Sasuke, is that he was the Last Uchiha aside from her. Though I would assume she would know more about him ... until I actually looked at the facts.

Nothing at all? She pretty much admired him throughout the Academy, which was what Naruto talked about (his grades, skills, studies, etc.,) all of which seemed foreign to Sarada. Talked about his relationship with Sasuke, I'm sure Sakura has some form of relationship, even if it is not marriage. They were team mates before, he has saved her occasionally. Nothing good there okay..

You can pick and choose in this discussion. Nothing Naruto said, Sakura could not have known about him. Though I agree with what you said.

I simply find these pointless threads nitpicking on any small detail to degrade Sakura pretty repetitive and annoying. Kishi wants to portray that Sarada as a girl with neglected fatherhood. This series is very short, plot put Sakura to sleep and Naruto on the frontline, of course he will be the one to talk about her father to us readers. Stop using any little detail to shit on a character that doesn't need anymore shit piled on top of her, smh.

But even if she didn't remember she still could've said anything that her mother has told her... Sarada wouldn't be asking Sakura those questions that she did in chapter 701 if Sakura had told her the things Naruto has told her about Sasuke.

It is actually quite obvious to anybody with even a little bit of reading comprehension that Sarada only knew very little about Sasuke... That he was the last Uchiha and his name... For a bonus at least she knows he is a boy Lol

You re-read and understand. Sakura isn't giving her information on her father in the first place which is what caused this drama, no birth records, and her photo-shopping of Karin on the picture frame.

It makes no literal sense for Sarada not trusting what Sakura has told her about Sasuke before this mess, well because she hasn't. If she had, she would have at least connected a sense of realism to Naruto's words through hers. But I guess not.
