They honestly think sasuke could be superior to naruto all shippuden but when naruto obviously surpasses him they wanna say they're equal. Naw son sasuke w/bijuu aint even beat naruto. Somehow They think naruto can't have the luxury that sasuke had of being on top. And naruto is the protagonist. When sasuke admitted lost he became a much better person and gaiden sasuke/698+/hebi and boruto sasuke have the best characterization in naruto. He's simply #2 in power

Naruto has massively higher chakra reserves. His techniques use wayyyy more chakra.
Sasuke has massively stronger chakra (Rikudou chakra has special properties, but it doesn't change chakra strength). His techniques are way stronger than the chakra put into them.

As for further, it has been shown, proven, and significantly calculated that they are equal.

Sasuke = Naruto in Speed
Sasuke = Naruto in Ninjutsu
Sasuke = Naruto in Intelligence
Sasuke > Naruto in Skill
Sasuke < Naruto in Stamina

If you don't understand what Sasuke can do to clones with Chidori Senbon, Chidori Current, Phoenix Flower, Shadow Clone Jutsu (which almost all Shinobi Can Do), and Amaterasu, then I don't know what to tell you.

Sasuke has never been more powerful in raw strength than Naruto ever since the Timeskip, but his arsenal, skill, and chakra strength equal him out.

Deal with it. It's the Same Reason Batman always Ties with Superman.

Kishi had nothing to do with promotional stuff.If anyone thinks that Kishi was the one who wrote that thing then they should commit suicide.
