The misconception is his reserves & stamina are low
All uchihas have strong chakra
And itachi has strong will power

Itachi always find a way to end fights quickly so actually doesnt matter, the only long fight he had, he wanted to be that way, Itachi style is too end it before the opponent knows it.

Itachi doesnt spam his MS techniques like sasuke does. He only uses MS when he knows he can go for the kill, or if he's in a difficult situation. The reason he spammed susanoo during nagato & kabuto's fights was because he had no limit on his MS or chakra. Itachi doesnt even need MS to win half of his battles...

"Prime" itachi is basically the one in pt1 who was exhausted after using Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi.

"Sick" Itachi is the one who used multiple ms techniques before losing to sickness.
