If you're gonna go by plot then. Plot helped sasuke that he did not die against gaara, itachi (after the battle), killer bee, danzo (after they stabbed each other). Plot helps all character not just naruto. Name one character that plot didn't help.

Sasuke equipped his team with a healer which is how he survived Killer B and the exchange of blows between himself and Danzo. Obito cared for Sasuke's wounds against Itachi as well as Sasuke collapsed from exhaustion rather than injury. I am unsure what specifically you referencing when you mention Gaara.

The Second incident was quite the opposite considering the next page we have Itachi speaking Sasuke's name and Sasuke immediately acting to save Itachi[

I am refering to part 1 where naruto and sakura saved him from gaara. the op guy said naruto used kurams chakra against neji was plot. Naruto learned how to use it. if he didn't he would have been defeated.

Sasuke have a fast reaction time.When Raikage use his Raiga bomb,Sasuke use his ribcage susano to counter it within seconds.I am sure Sasuke would use a higher level of defense /Susano to counter Obito attack.Sasuke ribcage was able to prevent Obito first attack to save naruto ,how effective will complete and final form susano will be?
