It was an attempt at comic relief by Kishimoto.

But in all honesty, that was a really unnecessary (and kind of stupid) move by Sarada. Ino just greeted him. She's a grown woman, already married, and even has a son the same age as Sarada. Doing anything promiscuous with Sasuke is out of the question and Ino obviously doesn't think like that at this point in her life.

Most likely Sarada was reflecting on how Naruto said how popular Sasuke was when he was younger and it seems that Sakura told Sarada more details on this seeing how Sakura is the only one that seems embarrassed at Sarada's reaction (hinting that she knows the reason behind it)
