When Minato was battling Obito, because Minato is considered to be such a great shinobi, shouldn't he have been able to detect feint amount of his student's chakra or did ghost Madara maybe teach Obito a way to mimic Madara's chakra/Obito hide his own?

Also, shouldn't Naruto be battling Obito first because it's really personal? That is, Obito tried to kill his mom and him when he was born.

Also, despite Madara figuratively poisoning Obito's mind, I would've thought there would be that shoulder angel of sorts for Obito telling him that this is something he shouldn't be doing because he was originally presented as being among the most pure of heart Uchiha.

it hasn't been stated that Minato was a sensor-type and also Obito's chakra would have changed just like Sasuke's own.

It wasn't really Obito's chakra half was Zetsu's plus he had the ninetails chakra right in his face so that might have distracted him a bit.

1) Maybe Obito chakra changed, like Sasuke did.
2) Obito has more things to deal with Kakashi than with Naruto.

And yeah it doesn't seem right that Obito goes rampage mode when all that happened is a girl that doesn't love him back dies. He seemed like one of the nicest shinobi, and quickly becomes a emotionless monster

True, but you would think that the person considered to be the greatest Hokage wouldn't be distracted by this and the Naruto-Hokages on tvtropes mentions that the Word of God has conflicting views of whose the mightiest Hokage.

When the Word of God trope has conflicting statements by the creator(s), it could mean: plot hole, that they were lying, or they were doing a figurative ass pull with both.

Oh so you want Kakashi to solo Edo Madara that's a great plan.

It has been stated that all a high level ninja needs in order to understand another high level ninja is to cross fists with them. Minato has shown this capability when fighting against Bee. He actually got somewhat prophetic when talking about Bee to A. He most definetly knows more about Tobito than has been revealed and for whatever reason left him alive.

He probably did notice. Even when Obito said he's Madara, Minato didn't really believe him 100% when he replied, "No, he's dead...at this point it doesn't really matter who you are."

I don't think Minato is a sensor type. Also there may be the issue that integrating with Zetsu fundamentally changed Obito's chakra.
