And I think I saw a few posts about this before too. What are the chances of Minato not needing Kunai to do FTG? Maybe using the Kunai or FTG markings uses less chakra? I'm wondering this because he uses the Space Time barrier tech, and it would be badass if he used that at a smaller scale on himself.

Actually it was stated in the manga that the actual seal is what transport him amd not the kuni..he can cover more distance with the kuni..he wrote the seal on kurama..That's how he was able to teleport her.evem obito stated that I believe.my memory is bad so I could be wrong but I think thats what was said
