Something i've been wondering about kaguya

Could it be that kaguya somehow created the jubi/shinju?

P.S this is just a thought cause being that kaguya came before the sage and she was thought to be a goddess in a way it could be possible not only that but then that would then mean that kaguya created the jubi/shinju and her son hagoromo split the jubi into 9 parts thus creating 9 tailed beasts.

She couldnt have created it.
She ate the fruit it was bearing in order to gain her power.

She didn't create it, but rather caused it to be manifest by the shinju after stealing the fruit.

Damn it how could I forget! it's jacks fault.....if it weren't for him selling his cow for magic beans, then planting the seeds and watering them the shinju wouldn't have come about so let's blame jack.

When the Tree lost it fruit to Kaguya the SO6P told Naruto that the Tree created the Juubi to get the power back from Kaguya and the Brothers then opposed the Juubi to stop the Tree. The Tree has ben waiting for someone like Madara to come and be influence by it. Madara's plan of putting people into a genjutsu fits with the Trees attempt at getting its power back from mankind.
