Was just re-reading One Jutsu, and happened to notice something about tobi after he shirt was torn

If you look closely at his arm, its almost as if it has shed skin, now, seeing as it isnt in color, is very well could be a rasingan burn/injury, but meh, it caught my attention

As you can see you only see the clothe in areas where the rasengan did not make contact, such as right at his shoulder and right below his elbow...

Maybe it was another shirt.

Possibly, maybe even an accidental addition meant to be apart of the torn robe. I cant think of any characters ever mentioned who would have skin that sheds like that other than oro and kabuto. perhaps tobi is a student of the White Snake Sage? (pure speculation)
(or a shirt, only a color version would be able to clarify :/ )

The way its shaped and the closeness of the outlines to his skin would have to make it something like along the lines of an underarmor-esque top

Not if it is a long sleeve shirt....Piece is still left wrapped around his forearm...

True, but theres no defining end in any direction but up and down, and by the way its drawn, seems to wrap all the way around, but as i said, this is just something interesting i caught, and for all i know, is probably nothing.
