But it looks like luffy is kinda comprised a little (like he is super skinny lol) but great use of colors dim down the brightness a bit and you got yourself a perfect ava

I dont really like it, the image looks really low quality and the colouring looks like somebody has spilt water on a painting.

Although that just my opinion im not a big fan of lots of colours in an avtar anyway, keep improving ^^

Dont take it wrong i just personaly dont like this one doesnt mean i wont like any other of your works.

Uhm, it's too light-ish in my opinion and it's too stretched - try to resize it properly next time; and looks kinda messy, or you wanted to have that grungy effect?

The colors are ok, though you could've placed them better, but if that's your choise then I guess it's ok.

For now I wud say that the render looks a bit squashed ... try holding down the shift key while re-sizing so the render retains its proportions c:
