Maybe a simple error or possibly siking out that there's more to the genin exam

Only explanation I can think of is that maybe the scene in question wasn't fully completed (the background) so they just used a temporary background template for the preview? I can't really think of much else lol, the actual animation of the two fighting is the same which tells me the fight sequence itself must have been fully choreographed by that point meaning the bridge location definitely wasn't a last minute change
