Something i just noticed

i never noticed that iwagakure, kumogakure, and kiriagakure had 2 biijus
why is that?
(there is one outcast from the waterfall village)
while sunagakure and konoha only have 1

It was said that the first Hokage Hashirama got hold of a few Bijuu and shared them with the other villages. I guess he had at least five and gave each village one, the other four were captured by the villages themselves.
And maybe because of the world wars, some villages lost / won a Bijuu...
