-the tailed beasts have minds and consiousnesses of their own...they can think and plan strategies during battles...they can also speak...but the juubi who is the father (or mother i dont know) is brainless and can't even speak???

Isn't the Juubi just a part of Kaguya? Her consiousness is sealed within the god tree which is the final form of the Juubi or rather it's original form.

EDIT: The only thing that was required to revieve her consiousness was a perfect host.

It's kinda weird. The juubi is kaguya + god tree yet kaguyas mind didnt manifest until naruro cut the god tree in half.. the juubi did show some sentience since it recognized the sage
