Just playing devil's advocate here but that skull pic is facing to the left yes? Making that bullet hole behind his left eye. Then why in the body pic is the hole between his eyes? And if the skull is in fact not facing left then where's the other socket? Also, this may be me mis-remembering but I thought there were also stories about Hitler not being able to pull the trigger and having someone else(forget the name now) pull the trigger for him, though neither story could be corroborated really on who pulled the trigger. Also I am curious about that photo of his body, where did it come from/who took it etc. because many officers in the bunker that night acknowledge burning the bodies of him and Eva which took about 2 1/2 hours according to Joachimsthaler, Anton (1999) [1995]. The Last Days of Hitler: The Legends, The Evidence, The Truth. London: Brockhampton Press that is.

Common misconception.

The true story is that a bunch of the remaining nazi forces found his body and reconstructed him as mecha Hitler.

And then they were censored and made to remove all swastika's from their banners and be called Wolfenstein.

He killed himself inside the bunker. He was completely blind to his war machine being dominated until it was too late. By the time he came to the realization he was beaten, it was too late for him to get away. There was no air field for him to fly away with and there was no way he could simply walk the street and get way without being killed. The only conceivable way he could have survived would have been if he had a bunker underneath his first bunker that the allies never discovered, but trust me if it was there they would have.

Even in the remotest reality where he managed to get away, he is surely dead by now as he'd be 126 years old -_-.
