And in episode 368 we've seen this :

He just awakened the Sharingan ? How ? I thought he had it before in episode 367...

at that time he was probably talking about "when he gets sharingan " being proud of what's coming ... otherwise it's a plot , mistake , confusion !

Uchihas are mostly proud of their eyes. So I guess he meant "when he awaken them, Hashirama won't be able to beat him"

in 367 he might havent awakened it yet, but he could. sooner or later. and thats the kekkai genkai of uchiha which can be proud, so i assume he was about to say i (will) have sharingan that can be better than your eyes

He didn't have it yet, like others are saying "when he has the sharingan." You can also assume that he just awakened it due to the fact of the number of tomoes in Madara's sharingan, and considering the situation was overwhelming since this was the beginning of his parting from Hashirama. :hyper:
