While messing with "The Last" in Adobe Premiere, I been making some gifs along the way of certain scenes and cutting them down appropiately, decided to share this because I thought it looked neat plus shows Sasuke in a very cool way.

You should use instagiffer. Best quality/size relation there is for making gifs.
