Don't get why people think it must be an injury. He's most likely covering the seal for whatever reason, but you people are given get dumbest predictions to what happened to his hand

He doesn't have to have anything wrong with his hand, maybe he just uses them for something else.

Lee has been using bandages throughout the whole time and nothing's wrong with him.
