I know this is Naruto guys. I know that strange & unexplainable plot holes happen all the time. I KNOW this is not real life and should not use LOGIC to figure out things in a fictional universe. But come on, if the posters that state: They somehow got Obito's eye but is NOT Obito is true, this would become the plot hole the size of the Grand Canyon.

Not if it is explained next week. Even a deux ex machina explanation isn't normally a plot hole eg Madara's escape from edo tensei.

Well Gooner4life, I guess you are right if it will be explained next week. I just have a feeling that the explanation will be something out of left field when it comes to Kishi. He DOES like to throw us curve balls when it comes to situations like these.

Nak, am I mistaken or doesn't Kamui require Mangekyo Sharingan to be able to use it? At that point, he JUST got the 2 tomo sharingan.
If you'd think for a second about whats been revealed it wouldn't hurt your brain as much.
Izangai/Izanagi, Madara is alive at this time and has EMS/Senju Cells, Obito was young and impressionable due to his Uchiha pride, this was emphasized greatly in Gaiden.
More then likely, Zetsu or Madara saved/recovered Obito, patched him up with that gooey Hashirama thing Zetsu is made out of, Madara in Obito's eyes was a hero of the Uchiha Clan, he was legendary after all, Madara includes Obito in his master plan, somewhere along the line Madara gives Rinnegan to Nagato, Obito/Tobi becomes jealous or enraged that he wasn't chosen and decides to proclaim himself as Madara and just not tell Nagato to revive the real Madara with Rinne-Tensei, the war breaks out and Madara is revived anyway, screwing Tobi over on his identity theft.
Its obvious Kakashi/Tobi have some kind of connection, there little talk periods throughout the series should of already indicated that they are connected, in woods vs Konoha 11, Sasuke/Naruto moment and the latest chapter. Was obvious to start with that the eyes were a pair..weather Obito/Tobi are the same person is up in the air but in my opinion they are, he keeps telling Kakashi he opens his mouth too much, just like in Gaiden, he is pursuing an infinite genjutsu to "rid the world of wars and hatred" probably out of bitterness of his own death
The only question is how did he go from Obito to Tobi ? Madara is how, Obito was a pride filled Uchiha boy, Madara would be like Batman to him, but Madara hated the Uchiha and probably told Obito his twisted side of the story and turned that pride into disgust, then became enraged when Madara gave an Uzumaki the Rinnegan instead of himself, why give the ultimate eye to a child who is a 50/50 chance of succeeding when I am right here ?
Call me an "obito crazy" all you want, so far it makes far more sense then some random character we have never heard of or only seen in a 15 second flashback. Please tell me more how relevant Kagami/Izuana would be

Yo mate if Tobi = Obito, can u tell me how Obito was there controlling the 4th mizukage as in kisames memories?
And how he mastered using his eye in 1 year and gained all the knowledge to set the 9 tail free and fight Minato, also how could Minato not notice if it was his own student?
And how would he know Madara?

How do you know for certain that it has only been 1 year for him to master the Sharingan? Looking at the manga/anime, Obito could not have been any more then 12-14 years old TOPS. When TOBI (since we are not sure if he is or is NOT Obito) fights Minato, Tobi looks all grown up at least in height and confidence. There is still a LOT none of us know yet about Tobi but the original question still remains. If Tobi is NOT Obito or the original Obito, how could he have gotten Obito's eye.
The answers so far are:
1. His right eye was NOT actually crushed
2. Plot no Jutsu
3. Tobi somehow SAVED Obito using Zetsu or DNA use
He awakened the sharingan during their mission to destroy that wakabi bridge (or what its called). That was also the ending of the war. Minato became hokage afterwards and kushina got pregnant. So one would assume Naruto was born about a year after that. So he would only have 1 year to master it enough to fight Minato and those other guards he took out.

But you didn't answer the question of Tobi being a "grown up adult". IF and I mean a BIG IF that if Tobi WERE Obito, he would have to have been at least over the age of 20 imo. You do not get to be that height, that stature and have that kind of skill and confidence in JUST a year. That was my point. Again, I do not want this to be a Tobi thread. I just want REASONABLE theories about how he got Obito's EYE.
Oh, I agree I never said tobi is obito, I said he isn't, and that fact about his height is also one of my reasons to believe so.
Then again, the most likely theory is that Tobi has used Zetsu to gather most of those eyes, before he obtained Obitos eye, which made it easier for himself. Zetsu also seemed to be in on the fact that they should collect Itachis eye, they must have done it before.
And of course the eye wasn't crushed, he could speak after all. Also if u study a typical human head, the eyes are protected by some strong bones, which could breake without the eye taking damage. He could even be dead for days before they found him. Most likely Tobi or Zetsu saw Kakashi when they destroyed the bridge, and he saw the sharingan (if he was able to use it so soon), and then realised it had to be from obito, and then he wanted the other.. or something

maby kamui yes, but tobis jutsu isn't kamui? and never seen tobi with MS at least in this naruto, bee,kakashi, guy fight or am i wrong? and obito could have wakened his 3tomo or whatever when close to death u know..
