Something confusing happened to me

Hi, I know that you don't know me and it may seem strange of me but I would like to ask a question. So my girlfriend of 1 year broke up with me because I ignored her (after getting upset for something she did) for a few hours and later on answered to her calls later on the same night by saying why I behaved that way. Now what I don't get Is why shewould get mad as to break up a 1year relationship for a cold shoulder when she does it for the smallest of reasons. Am I going crazy or is she right to behave that way?she also claims that I ruined her night and breaking her heart for doing so and that also confusss for hell out of me. Any thoughts ?

I told her not to talk to a friend of mine because of how twisted and perverted he is and she agreed but she snuck around and talked to him Until I found out and asked her. She first said no then later on said yes. she tried denying by saying that it was a joke to see what I would say and I know

Well the thing is that I do not know how to prevent myself from not texting her to see how she is doing because I constantly think about her. I mean I trust her around guys but it's the fact that she did not listen to something I told her not to do that got me mad.
