Had Naruto absorbed That Chakra, it would have been GG for everyone including himself as Kurama would have taken over his body. Just saying.
There is no evidence in the Manga that they do. Also, Naruto was rushing to get out of Susano'o, without thinking, luckily Sasuke prevented him. He wasn't even aware that he'd get caught in MT, let alone trying to counter it via GoudouDama's
