[Suggestion] Something about Notifications

I have a suggestion for NB staff

For example when someone reply to you(Reply with Quote) ,why dont we take a notification about that,because we cant check everytime every thread that we have posted to look if anyone has reply to us

If they can and for sure if they see this proper please do this

thnx for your time

edit:Though it should be optional to turn it on/off since some members get multiple replies to threads they make and so could get annoying

Some forums actually implement this into their user control panel.
"Who Quoted Me."
Notifications could lead to spam or troll, and especially as someone who receives over 20 VMs per day, that doesn't seem like a good idea. A section in the control panel would be nice.
Otherwise, subscribing to certain threads could work or the good old "search for your own username" way.
