there was only one the necklace was "cursed" because everyone who tsunade gave it to died (Dan and Nawaki) then naruto got it and fought pain and the necklace was destroyed forever being lost

There are no others like it, it was unique to Hashi. We don't know that he has a new necklace or not, but presumably he doesn't considering none have the special meaning that one did.
