Byakugan is recessive to blue eyes is it? Blond hair is co-dominant with blue/black hair? There's one gene that codes for black and one for white and White is recessive?

This is the same scrub that thought a hyuga/uchiha would have one sharingan and one byakugan, even though no one is born with a sharingan

I'd imagine something like Byakugan would be recessive, being as Hagoromo and Indra didn't have it, and, given that Ashura didn't even have any eye abilities, I'd imagine dojutsu in General is a recessive trait, with byakugan, think of blonde hair and ginger hair, while blonde hair is recessive, ginger hair is even more so. Also, sometimes stuff like that happens, I mean, the girl inherited Hinata's hair color.

Biology Major here!

Hair and Eye color are polygenic traits, aka you're gonna need multiple genes to confirm the expression of blonde hair/blue eyes/byakugan. Codominance is when two equally dominant traits combine, such as Red and White pigment to form Pink.

A KG is most likely a recessive trait. Which is why most of the time, it's exclusive to within the clan, keeping the bloodline pure and passing on the KG. Although it is possible for a kid to inherit KG from only one parent, like Haku.

Anyways, it's just Naruto, bud. Don't have to go drawing diagrams and whatnot, save it for Bio Lol

Since when was ANYTHING in Naruto, a fantasy manga, supposed to be coherent with reality...?

Doesn't explain why hamura has it, so it's not recessive, he just hasn't got a clue.

Just because something is recessive, doesn't mean it will not be expressed, Christ, maybe you're the idiot that knows nothing about genetics. I was pointing out that it was likely recessive because Hamura had it (as did Kaguya) but Hagoromo did not, despite being his twin. What I said is supported by the fact that Naruto's children didn't inherit it.

This is hybrid not original, hybrid is batter than Original, maybe they still will have some sort of byakugan like abilities in future, if Kalshi continue the manga.

Generic answer from people who haven't got a clue: "u mad" or "it's just fiction". Double standards m8, what about Gravity? It's just fiction so I don't see why everyone can't fly

I'm actually interest in what you have to say.

Because Hinata's father had brown hair.

With the way you're saying things. It sounds like Kishi ****ed up on genetics.

First it's a manga not real life.

Second Hair colour is polygenic many genes contribute to it's phenotypic representation, Naruto has blond hair and Hinata's are of a darker shade but yet their kid can have blond hair if any of the parent's genetic ancestor had blond hairs, Naruto naturally has those genes and if any of Hinata's ancestor had hair of lighter colour that phenotype can manifest, rare but biologically possible.

Same with Byakugan, if any of Naruto's ancestor had Byakugan's recessive genes it can manifest.

Also this is human genetics which is polygenic and has lot of recombination and linkage involved along with plethora of other conditions, it's not as simple as deciding phenotype in pea.

Oh absolutely.

He said someone with a hyuga and uchiha as parents will have eyes that are one sharingan and one byakugan.

Doesn't work like that, you don't have one blue eye and one brown if your parents had both do you? And blond hair is recessive to black/brown. All hyuga have brown, it's physically impossible for bolt to have blonde.
