First you make a bio according to the rules and wait till it gets approved:
Then you can start your training as a genin:
All the rest like battling, learning new elements and jutsu's etc. will be clear when you get more experience.

In the second link I gave you all the sensei's are mentioned. Just send a VM/PM to one who's responsible for training genin like RokuNR or Izuna Uchiha.
And making a bio isn't hard, just follow the rules that are mentioned in the first link.
If you still don't understand it, look at other people bio's. Especially of persons who just started training(like you).
