If you found the pic on the net, you can click the

You must be registered for see images

Button above the place where you type things.
If the pic you want is on your pc, you can upload it to sites like img.irandeliver.com or minus.com and you do those steps above.

When you want to post or make a thread,copy the URL of the image,click on this button

,insert the URL in the page it opens and post.

right click a picture and press "copy url". Then paste the url in the "Insert Image" option. It looks like this
