Totally agree, I've been treated 50x worse from my old rageaholic ex-boss than anyone on the internet. The internet consists of trolls and people trying to piss you off that say,
"u mad?"
"I f***ed your mom last night"
"You're gay kid"
"You have no friends / life"

But in real life it carries some actual meaning. Regardless, brush it off and move on. It's the internet after all.

Not just the Internet tho every where in general it easier to brush off physically but words ****s with you mentally and to me my friend that's way worse

This is a common problem online, my advice would be to lighten up and learnt to laugh. I was once told by a friend "Dudley, you should just die", but this wasn't hurtful to me, because I learned to laugh.
I was bullied a lot when I was growing up, and I learnt to laugh and that helped a lot. You need to realise that it doesn't matter what a nameless, faceless person thinks about you, you have no reason to be insulted by anything they say. Through my life I have been anorexic twice, shot, stabbed, thrown by stairs, beaten and more. And, from this I learnt to relax and not take people seriously all of the time. And, bullies hate it if you laugh at them, which is a bonus. But, yeah, a bit of a tangent, but that's my advice - and trust me, i know all about being hurt.

Everyone has an idea or opinion a theory or belief. Many of these people can't handle someone challenging their beliefs so that attack the person emotional with childish insults which works sometimes and they take pride in bring people down...

It's funny how you mention that but not the vice-versa of it.

Many people have beliefs. Other people can't stand these peoples' beliefs and attack them with childish insults. And because those people really stick to their beliefs, the person becomes affected badly.

Look at it both ways.
