What you don't see ? FTG = FTG. Just that Minatos Body flicker is > Tobiramas.

Other than that, Knowledge, Experience, Elements all that stuff Tobirama is better at than Minato..

- Has FTG (More advanced/better than Tobirama's)
- Uzumaki seals
- Better Summons
- And also has the other half of the Kyuubi's Chakra.

Tobirama:

- Shitty version of FTG
- Uses water mostly.
- That's about it.

Minato > Tobirama.

Tobirama had ftg first but minato made it his own. It will most likely come down to a battle of speed and with both rasengan and ftg there is no way that water ninjutsu will make a difference.
