After that it's all up to YouTube to decide.
IF YouTube unbans your account, then your Videos (THAT HAVE NOT VIOLATED THE RULES) will show up. If they show up, then it's all good.
But there are cases when even if the YouTube Account gets unbanned, the videos won't show up. In that case, just reply back to the Email YouTube sent you. [The Email I'm talking about here refers to the Email that YouTube would send you stating that your account has been reinstated, provided it gets reinstated in the first place.]
