Someone explain sasuke's rinnegan

BZ said only two people in the world awakened the rinnegan, hagoromo and madara. Did sasuke awakened his rinnegan on his own or was it a "gift" from hagoromo?

obito (as the rikoudo sennin) gave kakashi chakra to get his double kamui which he used up during the fight

Sasuke used up every single bit of chakra, he needed all bijuus and kurama chakra to drain beyond negative, so he shouldn't have rinnegan anymore
