There was a guy in the One Piece Manga. He was all hyped up because he had a extremely strong punch which he can do once an hour. After he released his punch, he was One-hit KO-ED :erm:

It most likely just works similar to the Byakugō. She stores Chakra in the seal, releases it in the battle, and uses as much as she needs. If she has some chakra left after the fight, she can simply close up the seal and have it appear again on her forehead, [

] but if she does finish up all the stored Chakra during the fight, the seal would simply not appear again until she has stored some more Chakra in there.

Either way, I doubt that punch came close to finishing up the Chakra reserves she's been saving for the last three years.

Well you saw Tsunade in the past use Her up,but Tsunade being a Senju/Uzumaki hybrid recovers in days,if it takes Months or years for Sakura to Re charge back to full power ones its all use up it not practical. A villain won't wait for Her.
