There's still time for one of them to die. Just because Madara is beginning to fade away doesn't mean he's done yet. He could blast one or two of the Kages at the last second. Or perhaps Madara will use some jutsu that allows him to stay alive. Or maybe he'll come back. We shouldn't treat this like Madara's gone already.
