Somebody please explain 2 things

1. What was orochimaru talking about with the wind, and Sasuke references I just was not understanding it at all and when I read the chapters I over analyze the hell out of them and I still was confused is orochimaru saying Sasuke will be evil again?

2. So is there an alternative method to stop the Juubi other then the creation of all things or whatever the sage used to defeat it? Naruto claims he was gonna extract the bijuu from the Juubi. Someone shed some light on that.

Orochimaru meant he wants to see how Sasuke's story will unfold, and a alternative method to beat the juubi, I don't know
