[Predictions] Somebody HAS to die

My imagination went wild for a second after hearing all these great ideas. I don't think anyone from team 7 will die. Kishi probably wants to have a happy ending for them, so even though I really want sakura to die, I don't think that will happen. The series started off with the three and will end with the three. I think that naruto, sakura, and sasuke will live on and get the title of "the new sannin" or atleast "the disciples of the sannin" since Orochimaru taught Sasuke, Tsunade taught Sakura, and Jiraiya taught Naruto.

I think it's only fitting that Tsunade dies. It's not like she's the strongest of the sannin. Plus when she dies, naruto can finally become Hokage. So if anyone has to die it'll be Tsunade. None of Team 7 will die...well maybe Kakashi or Yamato or Sai.

You seem so sure of yourself on that.

In all honesty I don't think any member of Team 7 dieing. But if I had to choose it would probably be Sakura. Why?

1. Naruto has to achieve his dream of Hokage. I know it would make for a cliche ending, but Kishi would be trolling if he didn't make Naruto Hokage.

2. Sasuke is Kishi's favorite. Keeping Sasuke alive can probably guarantee another timeskip after the war, making Sasuke the main villain. (this is if he stays "evil")

3. Sakura has no relevancy anymore. She's not stalking Sasuke or trying to win his heart. Hinata's love and sudden desire to be with Naruto, also makes a relationship with Naruto impossible for Sakura, except for being friends of course. Her point in the series from my point of view (and probably everyone elses) was part of the love triangle. Now that the other two people involved in this "triangle" have moved on she has no purpose.

I highly doubt that Sasuke will coming back to the Leaf now, so he'll probably end up dying. Naruto could still die. He said that he intends to with Sasuke and there are plenty of manga/anime where the main man is killed off (Death Note, Code Geass, etc.). I doubt Sakura will die. Don't forget that we need her to hear of their deaths so she can grow into a reclusive old womanxd

One of the Kages will probably die, likely either Tsunade (she's the last Sannin) or Onoki (he's the oldest and it's kinda foreshadowed from him having never picked a successor). Guy may die, but I'm positive that he's gonna open the eighth gate, whether he survives it or not. Tobi's definitely gonna die, but Kabuto might get away, though it's somewhat unlikely at this point.

Other than that, unless Black Zetsu didn't die when Sasuke killed White Zetsu, I don't think anyone else is gonna get picked off.

I dont see that happening naruto is not ready for the position of hokage and they will not kill the last remaning sannin.

the tech that tsunade is currently using must come at a high price, it's of a higher level then during her fight with orochimaru and after that one she became an old hag, now the price just has to be higher, in other words, dead old hag

and about naruto not being ready to become hokage, I'm not so sure anymore about that. he has now shown that he is a formidable warrior with great stamina, he is battling the enemy boss and was responsible for turning the tide on all the other battlefields. he is basically going to be the reason they win the war.
ofcourse there is more to it then being powerful, but naruto has learned things during this war also, and has shown adaptability and insight. before the war naruto wanted to do it all on his own, but itachi opened his eye's and now naruto is just backing everyone up, he was directing the combat on the separate battlefields instead of trying to do it alone. he has confidence in himself now that he got during the training to tame kurama.

the only part that I see him coming short in as hokage is the workings of the politics both in the leaf and with other country's. but that's something you learn while you are there, and he does have people standing behind him, he is now even respected and acknowledged in the other country's so this should make that part of the job easier.

in my opinion he can do the job, but I'm guessing he will refuse to take it before he had his fight with sasuke

I don't think that sasuke will die fighting naruto either because naruto promised itachi to save sasuke without killing him, though he might die like a boss sacrificing himself to save Konoha... I think it's highly plausible

Sakura has no significance whatsoever but I don't think she will die

I know this is not that very related to the thread, but I just wanna note that I am getting more and more convinced that Naruto will not become Hokage. It was foreshadowed from the very beginning of the anime when he said that he wants to surpass every previous Hokage. Later on, those suspiscions of mine were further strenghtened by Nagato's views: as long as the shinobi system exists there will be no peace and Naruto is (apparantly) destined to bring true peace as never seen before. The only thing I can add to this theory is the latest manga chapters when the Tsuchikage himself spoke of an united nation.
All in all, I think, if anything, Naruto will not become Hokage - he will become the ultimate Kage of the United Shinobi Nation. And then he'll probably die defending it from Sasuke (along with Sasuke).

Both Naruto and Sasuke are going to die. Sakura will revive Naruto (over Sasuke) and she too will die. This way, Sakura's character will become useful at last.

While everyone predicts that sasuke is gonna die......why not Naruto? oh yea the whole point of all this is for him to be hokage (says he will through all the episodes) so why not sakura? Maybe her death (by madaras hands) makes sasuke join the good side and helps Naruto win the war.

Not going to lie but naruto and team 7 have the same story line as jiraya and tsunade, so I'm guessing it's going to turn out like that , naruto chasing after sasuke like jiraya chasing after orochimaro and Sakura becomes hokage like tsunade but we will see a fierce end battle between naruto and sasuke where at the end sasuke sees the light and they both die piecefully, the end

even trying predicting someone`s death feels too hopeful, I`ve got used to Kishimoto´s style
