It was a nice day in the palace of Asch The Bloody, AKA the Kyu Kazekage. Asch the bloody was out of town killing off fodder ninja who he felt was a disgraced and asked his 2 closest friends Hakumen, and Bart to watch over his palace. They both agreed. Bart went in for a swim as hakumen simply stood crisscrose style on the ground starting to doze off.. Back against the statue

As Hakumen was in the middle of his sentence, he quickly stood up alert while he silenced himself. Not being a normal person he doesnt signal bart to stop talking but bart knows something is wrong so he keeps quiet. For a couple seconds he stands still, till out of nowhere Hakumen chakra rises to where you could see a blue aura appear around him. It seems he was now angered

Wha?! Im No Filthy human!! - (Wait.. He isnt talking to me it seems... so who is he- ...... The sword.. Is he able to sense somebody here.. I know his armor grants sensing, but it isnt active it seems..... I guess the fun is over)

As Bart says this, he notices figures off into the distance but makes it seems like he didnt notice them.

Soon as Hakumen says bart name he activate his armor. Making sure that he dont just rely on the swords sensing, but hes able to rely on his armor functions.

Description: All Mandalorians have a basic armor, the armor they are given when they are first inducted into the clan. A members armor is special: It's designed for them by the leader of the clan. The Mandalorian armor is beyond the technology the rest of the world possesses. Even though all armors look different the abilities they posses are the same. As the member grows stronger he gains access to more of the technological advances, having his armor "upgraded". The armor has 2 sets of abilities: passive and active (that take up a move slot and do damage). The armor, being specifically made for the individual is perfectly in sync with his/her chakra system, it flows throughout them and their armor. This was the technological breakthrough the enabled the armor to function as a second skin for the ninja. Not only does it allow complete control over the armor through chakra pulses and chakra control but it also allows the user to release techniques that would otherwise be released from his skin or his mouth, etc from the armor, something that negates any limitation to the users ninjutsu usage, specially elemental.

Passive Abilities:
General
-Basic Protection: The Mandalorian armor is made of strong materials and infused with chakra, granting it resistance against weaker attacks. Free form Ninja tools and explosive tags, bladed weapons and attacks that do no damage (N/A) as well as simple taijutsu attacks (C rank) have no effect on the armor. The protection allows the user to remain undamaged for the most part when facing said attacks but cannot negate momentum or kinetic forces.
Helmet
-Gas Mask: The Mandalorian's helmet protects them from harmful gases, toxins or airborne pathogens. The helmet contains a breathing apparatus that filters harmful external agents in the air, allowing a degree of protection against said agents by purifying the air. In the case of enemy techniques, this protection works up to C-Rank techniques.
-Communication: The helmet contains a communication device linked to all other Mandalorians which uses chakra to transmit messages through great distances. It can even project images that the users sees.
Body Armor
-Heat/Cold and Electrical Protection: The Mandalorian armor, being infused with chakra and made from strong resistant materials protects the user from taking damage from high and low temperatures and electrical damage up to D-Rank. The armor cannot be short circuited but will face normal damage from anything above that rank, with temperature based attacks behaving normally (melting the armor if hot enough or freezing it if cold enough), same as it would with the users body, and lightning based attacks cutting through it.

Active Abilities:
Helmet
-Enhanced Vision: The Mandalorian armor has a special visor that is powered by chakra, that enables the user to gain an advanced vision that can mimic the motion tracking speed of a 1 Tomoe Sharingan. Beyond the motion tracking abilities, the user gains the ability to see the world through a sort of thermal vision, based on the infrared spectrum. This also allows a limited form of night vision (its use drains 5 chakra points per turn and its activation counts as a move).
-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).
Body Armor
-Chakra Jet Pack: The Mandalorian armor has a small group of chakra vents throughout the armor. The jet pack uses chakra from the armor's wielder to create controllable jets which can be used to dodge techniques, boosts ones taijutsu or simply achieve flight. The flight is controllable and highly maneuverable though only slightly faster than the users own base speed (drains 20 chakra points per turn, activation counts as a B-Rank move, requires conscious control through mental commands). The addition of taijutsu damage is possible by selectively activating the users peripheral jets in specific points of his movement and according to various situations, capable of adding +10 damage to a taijutsu move and a sudden drastic increase in speed by spending 20 chakra points. To dodge a technique, the user can release a quick directional burst of chakra that can propel him a short distance (Up to 5 meters) in a single direction, achieving a simple linear dash (30 chakra cost, counts as an A-Rank move).
-Vibration Sword: a retractable, short ninjato blade, strapped to the armors back, the sword uses the wielders chakra to create high levels of vibration and use that to increase physical damage. As such, when uses, physical Kenjutsu techniques gain +10 damage. The sword drains 10 chakra points per turn when active.
-Armor Strengthening: As the whole armor contains various chakra motors and enhances, the user can charge the whole armor with chakra to temporarily boost his physical abilities, namely his speed and his physical strength. Being mechanical in nature, the armor can only focus on either speed or strength. This can be done in 2 levels: Level 1 increases speed in 50% or adds +10 damage to all taijutsu. Level 2 doubles the users speed or adds +20 to the users taijutsu. The limitation is the duration and chakra cost. Level 1 drains 10 chakra points per turn, lasting a maximum time of 3 turns, usable thrice. Level 2 is usable only twice, drains 20 chakra per turn, lasting 2 turns.

Note: In the abilities where its not stated, there is no move cost per activation
Note: The armor is in everything like a CW, having to be posted in the users bio and in the beginning of the fight.
Note: Each clan member has an armor which different looks but all have the above abilities

Once thats done, Hakumen and Bart quickly leap 3 meters apart from each other while turning their attention to the statue just to see 2 people standing on top of it one with red hair and one with long hair. As they leap 3 meters apart they both start doing handseals at the same time . Hakumen doing 3 then slamming his hands on the ground while bart does 6 handseals. As Hakumen slams his hands on the ground, he channels lightning chakra into the statue in a 5 meter radius. Once done countless 10inch lightning bolts spring upwards in attempt to rip both the people apart. soon as the lightning starts to spring up it starts to rain. This rain is infused with barts chakra, allowing him to sense in his own way. They both wait to see the outcome of their assault

(Raiton: Shinme Kyohaku) Lightning Style: Shooting Stars

Description: The user will initiate the technique by doing a set of 3 hand seals, ending with the boar handseal. Slaming their hands on the ground, channeling mass amounts of lightning chakra within the area below the target. The user will then shape and manipulate the lightning underground, causing countless of 10 inch in length lightning bolts to spring up from under the target(s) and the area up to 5 meters around them; resulting in a devastating assault. Ripping through the skin causing lethal damage after several thunderbolts hit the target. The thunderbolts once shot up from the ground spring upwards in such a fast pace they look like shooting stars from a distance. Because of the pace in which they hurl from within the ground and the area they cover, it's dangerous for the user to be six meters or less near the opponent, risking to be caught in the array. Thus, being a technique designed for distances that surpass short range.
Note: Can only be used x2 per battle.
Note: The user cannot use other S rank (or high) lightning in the same and next turn.
Note: Must wait a cooldown of 3 turns before using again.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Standing atop the statue, Madara and Akuma look down on their foe. Watching the man, Madara folds his arms as the two men jump apart and twirl, forming handseals and slamming his hand to the earth. As he slams his hands, Madara's Sharingan passively forms in his eyes as he senses the buildup of raiton natured chakra beneath him, evident as he looked down towards his enemy, enabling him an easy view of the chakra pooling beneath him. Channeling Fuuton chakra beneath them, Madara renders the lightning useless as it erupts beneath Akuma and Madara, or attempts to. Meanwhile, Akuma being the demon that he is, looks down towards the two ninja and gathers Katon chakra and slams his hands together, causing a prison of fire to erupt around the two men, encompassing their short range radius, moments after Madara forms the wind under them. After the fire forms around them, Akuma stomps the earth as Madara causes the wind's hold to cease, channeling Raiton chakra into the earth as several spikes erupt in the middle of the prison, skewering them greatly as they try to combat the fire.

Katon-Horou no Jutsu (Fire Release-Fire Prison)

Description:A skill in which generates a circular flame upon the ground, raising up bars of flame and a covering over top. This intense flame heats all within it, preventing water from being created from the inside with the dryness of the air. Touching the sides results in various burns, and while this jutsu is used it can be linked to any other fire jutsu and the jutsu will be fired at the person inside the prison.

Lightning Release: Lightning Land Spikes (Raiton: Raikou Riki Kasui)

As thats done, Hakumen could clearly see his technique being neglected. He could not only sense the wind chakra on the ground, but also see it. As his body stands stiff, he notices that the guy with the long hair seemed to be using more chakra. Hakumen wasnt close enough to see his eyes so couldnt make a clear analysis. Right in the middle of his thought he sees the gathering of fire chakra pooling around him. He alerts bart and with perfect sync they actions was already in motion. Right As the fire was forming, bart does several handseal creating a twin fire dragon from his mouth that launches out of the fire prison absorbing it, growing stronger (Ima just say in size since its not clarified how strong) Heading towards you guys location. While at the same time, Hakumen takes notice of the pool of chakra beneath him taking notice that its lightning chakra. He quickly dashes over to bart while hes finishing off his jutsu. He then slightly picks him up over him while at the same time rotating chakra all around the lower body of him (Hakumen) Making a tornado on his lower part as lightning erupts from the ground. The lighting would attempt to erupt from under them but would fail

Description: The user, focuses their wind chakra, creating rapid rotations around the lower section of the body, this rotation forms a spiralling tornado shaped gust of wind which is used to quickly transport the user [it races across the ground/air]The wind only rotates around the body, it does not partially transform the lower section. This technique can also be released if preferred by forming a hand gesture, the tornado will continue towards the opponent. If not, the user can also perform the hand gesture to stop the jutsu, the decision must be posted in the move.

Once done while you guys are dealing with the fire dragon, Hakumen channels chakra into his crimson demon sword, and shoots out two bolts of lightning (Chakra) into the sky, while creating two plates under both of you guys. This was made that during the end of your next turn it would strike both of you guys (Time frame wise, this would just attack during your last move slot)

(Shiroi Raikou) - White Lightning -

Description: The user focuses chakra into Sanada Yukimura. When the user then swings the swords, the chakra is released in the form of a white lightning bolt (only in looks, it's still normal chakra and doesn't numb nor shock the opponent). At the same time the user can make a small, round flat plate of chakra, which can be used to divert the course of the lightning bolt. For instance by aiming the bolt at the sky, but placing the plate above it, it can be redirected back to the ground.

☛ The user can maximum shoot two lightning bolts and create two white plates



The sensory thats going on is going to be crazy dude. LOL btw.. Mind telling me what tomoe your using..
