• who teachs dust release and what are the requirements?
  
• when should I update by bio (currently I'm training in basic 5 elements, so should I wait to update until I master all elements?)
  
• Is it true that I/you can't have a bio that needs test and an Uchiha bio as second bio?

2) after 1 month is normal to update your bio

3) no it isn't true, unless that test bio sais you can't have KG in your other bio or if your Uchiha has MS
