--Can I create character that doesn't exist anywhere?

--If I can do it does I start as a genin?

--If I can do it does my basic elements starts as E rank? or N/A

--How can I become missing-nin?

1. Yup, you can as long as you make him/her fit into the Narutoverse, and keep to the restrictions.

2. It starts as what your rank is, if that is Genin, then yes.

3. your basic elements start with N/A, however you put the first element you want to learn in your bio. Also, you do have the E-ranked ninjutsu (only the ones that do not require a special bio)

4. you are a missing nin once you do not join a village, however this does not really mean anything.

One other thing, you can make a bio once you have 50 posts, so first you need some more posts ^_^

Why yes, yes you can.

Why yes, yes you do. Your rank is determined by your post count.

--If I can do it does my basic elements starts as E rank? or N/A
You only start with e rank jutsu and have to get taught all basic to advanced elements from sensei or sempai.

--How can I become missing-nin?
I think it is only a title. Unless you join a group that is called missing nin which actually has no beneficial perks besides being apart of a group.
