Some people are claiming that if Hagoromo revives the hokages, that they would get caught under the genjutsu.

If you think this, then you don't seem to get the fact that the jutsu is not still being casted! The jutsu is being casted when the eye is on the moon and the light is shining. After the shining stops, the eye disappears and the jutsu is no longer being casted! The moon is a normal moon. Why do you think team 7 was able to come out of the susanoo when the light stopped?

Therefore, the hokages would not get caught if Hagoromo revives them!
