Seeing that picture confirms that Hashi can shut him up all day with one stone face looking.

He may goofing most of the time but when he bring his seriousness Tobirama chilling out immediately.

So yeah Hashirama seems to be the boss.

It works like this, Hashirama beats tobirama, Tobirama beats Hurizen, Hurizen beats Minato. (Maybe Minato beats hurizen)

Both are badass. Hashirama is just a tiny bit more. I love it how Tobirama said they are "almost" at full power. Hashi and Tobi are just too powerful and I love it.
