how can I comment on them if I can't tell how good they arexd

 

[Crocodile]

First one is fine, I personally don't like those kind of sigs a Comic-ish? sort of style, but that doesn't mean it isn't good.

The second one has a lot of flaws, a major one being the left side, another one being the three boxes which steal focus away from the render, and as you mentioned the lightning is not really that good.

Third one is fine, but i'm not liking the dust particles all over the sig or the blurred background.
