The color of the Rasengan depends on who's coloring it. Kishi doesn't always color his drawings, sometimes his assistants do it for him.

I think the official version is the orange one.

There were out quite a while actually, all official volumes are coloured, meaning from vol 1 - vol 72. You can download them in a site, i forgot the name but you can search for it. I have them as well, they're about 15 GB and they're all in japanese. If you're okay with the language and storage, then they're worth the download i guarantee.
