Hate the first one, love the second one.

First one lacks blending and atmosphere, it also seem like your Text isn't set on "Smooth" in PS, or it's just the font. Either way, it doesn't look good.

Like Mercy said, the first one lacks blending.
I really like the second sig but i feel like it needs a light source somewhere.
