You stated that and i quote "Times when itachi probably thought he was perfect and that he could do anything". You went further to demonstrate this by uploading a filler scene to back this up and that is invalid

Ok the true but from the recent manga's my thread is correct. Before this battle even started I never thought Itachi made any mistakes. It was after he met sasuke and said he failed when I started to realise them. Filler scene FAIL!

He said that in this chapter. Itachi reminded Naruto to not carry the burden of a war by himself. In these chapters that Sasuke saw Itachi. You could see Itachi ignoring Sasuke because he believed his little brother wouldn't listen to him. He said, he didn't want this path for Sasuke and because of that he is a criminal. Sasuke obviously care enough to follow him and now they are with Kabuto in the moment. Itachi wants Kabuto to trust himself instead of believing what he has obtained from others. It's the opposite of what Itachi did. Itachi belittled other people's strength, instead of believing in them. Just like he told Sasuke this chapter. Itachi must of felt sad realizing that Sasuke became a criminal after his decease. In other words, Itachi couldn't get the job done back then. That was his mistake. U_U

There are many actions ive questioned about itachi even before he became edo or admitted he failed. Some of his actions were wrong, true but in certain situations can be justified although i will not get into that.

What are you trying to get at? Kabuto is the one that thinks he is perfect, which he is clearly not. He became a broken shell that showed tears, for someone that believe he has found his true person. Difference is Kabuto thinks he is perfect, but people have thought of Itachi as perfect.

I agree with some of the points you made. I just think your stating facts that are not worth debating. Itachi did belittle his little brother, but planted hatred in Sasuke for a reason. So he would be focused on his goal on killing Itachi. When i realized that Itachi was a good guy. I was kinda shocked, but i was doubting him for a while. Itachi planned the battle in the Uchiha Hideout, since the beginning. Itachi thus making Sasuke the victor and making him a hero. Itachi failed because of his Tobi, also. If Tobi didn't catch Sasuke in that moment. Sasuke might have been in the leaf village in the good side. But, Tobi explained the whole Uchiha massacre and it affected Sasuke. Sasuke realizing that Itachi fooled him that he was the brother that always cared made Sasuke go mad.

I agree if sasuke became a hero and went back to the leaf, itachi wouldn't have failed and he would of saved countless of lives from the uchiha and other villages that might of invaded after. So it was Tobi that messed it all up U_U I understand now.

So now, Itachi knows he can't do everything by himself. And is glad that Naruto is on his team to help Sasuke, if he fails. So we need to see what Sasuke will do after this.
