He reached Vote faster than Sasuke since he started later. And Hago's conversation didn't took more than a minute but he still reached there before his conversation ended. So there is no such thing as offscreen here as we can judge a time frame.

That Blind Sasuke didn't get blitzed by Kakashi but was blitzed by Base Naruto since he couldn't react to him.

Seriously, I am tired of people trying to downplay base Naruto's speed. He may not be as fast as Minato in base but he still is very fast....faster than Kakashi atleast.

Those TSBs were behind NAruto. So either he tanked Chidori neg diff. Or he swayed away at the last moment....so choose ur poison.

That chidori incident is not clear so I will give u the benefit of doubt. It will be cleared in the Anime anyway.

Also the fourth databook is coming and it will tell us who is faster in base(they are equal in speed imo).
