Look, no offence, I have seen your threads and activity and my advice to you is go get some real friends and I mean it, seriously.
It will affect you later on (if it hasn't already done it) and you will find yourself in the incapacity of socializing for real.

What you do here, on NB, generally, is attention-asking threads.
I don't want to be bitchy or something like that but after seeing your activity here on NB, this is the best advice I can give you.

As I can see from this thread you already made friends with those guys, well keep it up that way. Socialize as much as you can. Don't mind the girls, girls are always going to be bitchy. You will find friends in girls as well, but not that easy.

Until then, take advantage and go socialize with the guys, talk about games and stuff. It will do you better. Why? Because you'll get to see the world through they're eyes as well and later on, when you'll be having a boyfriend like for real, you'll understand his actions better.

First of all, the "barbie" girls will never be cool in this lifetime...

Next, you were the one hanging out with guys, they were stuck in their little group and that's how it will be for them.

Lastly, guys that only talk about video games either (a) only play games and don't do anything else, (b) are young and have no experience (which is basically the same thing), or (c) aren't smart enough to come up with something better...also, the presence of a female causes temporary brain damage in younger males.

Now, for boys, *** is the only other thing they like. For men, they have hobbies, and generally invest themselves in something that either makes money, or is a good way to spend their money, especially if it might make them more money.

Smart men who can wear pink and still be masculine will find things to be interested in that women are also interested in.

I agree with her^ If you want to talk about your first day, create a blog on this site but don't make a thread about it. Sooner or later it will attract trolls.
Also not every guy is the same - you just landed in a group of game lovers. There are guys who don't play much games and are interested in other things. It all depends on the guy, just like not every girl is a barbie type.
Also this was just your first day: you can't expect to make a whole bunch of friends already. Give it time. Take the time to get to know those people in your class or outside your class. Look for people who have similar interests as you.
I bet there are nice girls there too with whom you can socialize and befriend. Don't decide after one day already that all the girls are barbies - some may look like it but are actually nice.
Also it's better to have just a few best friends who are always there to help you and be there when you need them than having loads of friends who aren't there when you need them.
That said, I hope you make more friends soon.
