the difference before was that he had jinchurike he could use and could use kamui to dodge/faze through things... now that both him and kakashi are in the same dimension he cant use his convienient way to dodge .. so yeah now kakashi has a slim chance... since it was kamui that made obito one of the most hax characters

Whatever they are, the conditions in combat changed once they both entered the Kamui dimension. Can they still use their sharingan abilities? Who knows, but if memory serves, none of that has been used yet, so for right now, it's assumed they can't. Assuming they can't, Obito has to rely on dodging by himself instead of using Kamui, something he's seemingly not good at. That's not to say their bit of combat is not under a genjutsu he's placed, though.

He can use Kamui, just not to make himself transparent as before.

The transparent Kamui allowed him to avoid physical attacks by sending the body part that was being attacked to the 'cube dimension'. Now that Obito and Kakashi are in the 'cube dimension' he can't make his body impermeable because his body parts cannot be substituted to the 'cube dimension' anymore. Why? the answer is simple -- because his body parts are already there.

The only way they can use is Kamui, is to get out of this dimension. If Obito does that (i.e. uses it on himself), he'll be running away from Kakashi (and it was he who initiated this 1v1, so that's not gonna happen). If Obito warps Kakashi out, he'll be giving Kakashi a free pass to get away from the fight. Kakashi can't use his Kamui against Obito because it's too slow and Obito will avoid it, which would mean wasted chakra on Kakashi's part.

Hope that cleared things up for you. In this dimension, there is no use of Kamui (in essence). So it really boils down to a fistfight.

did the guy point out hes in an exhausted state right now because of that fight with the tailed beasts. It was mentioned it takes a lot of chakra to control the beasts.

Did he also mention that obitio would have to phase back to the real world to dodge something in the cube world.

Obitio really isn't that strong there have others that almost killed him and that was before he got the tailed beasts.

Obito didn't fight alone. He had 2 full IMMORTAL bijuus, 4 V2 IMMORTAL jinchuurikis and a Gedo Mazo which effortlessly soloed 1/5 of the Ninja Alliance.
And he fought against already tired Naruto, Bee and even more tired Kakashi and Guy (they have been fighting for two days straight with no rest, while Obito has just started and was at full chakra).

So nope. It makes perfect sense that Kakashi is a match for Obito.

Obito's ability has two facets:

1) His Kamui ability makes him nearly immune to all attacks (ninjutsu and taijutsu) UNLESS one of the attackers also has Kamui and knows the secret to the technique (unlikely)
2) His unique physiology means he can use his MS techniques as much as he wants without losing chakra and without going blind (unlike Kakashi, who wastes a LARGE amount of chakra to use Kamui).

It's no surprise in his fight against Naruto, Bee, Guy and Kakashi that he was unharmed for most of the battle. His ability makes himself immune from most of their techniques (there are no genjutsu users in that bunch) and it wasn't until late in the battle when Kakashi figured out his technique (and he figured it out on accident). After they figured out the secret, they WERE ABLE TO HIT HIM and did it several times (Naruto rasengan to the face, Kakashi punch to the stomach, etc).

However, things are a little different now. Inside the pocket dimension, Obito CANNOT USE KAMUI in the same way. Here's how Kamui works: When attacked, Obito's Kamui sends part of his body to the other dimension temporarily. However this current battle is happening entirely inside the pocket dimension, and there is nowhere safe for Obito to send parts of his body to avoid Kakashi's attacks. This means that for this battle, Obito's most powerful attack is rendered useless, and he IS ON MORE EVEN FOOTING WITH KAKASHI.

This situation is complicated, but if you pay attention, it all makes sense.
