One day, a waiter was working at a restaurant, one of his customers came into the restaurant with clothes drenched in water, It was a rainy day..The man was really had really frail clothing. He began to mutter something in code form to the Waiter. "GiMS Foo...Pee." The man could not speak properly, but he handed the Waiter 5 dollars with some rips on it and pointed at the menu. What was the man saying?
