Why didn't they just think about putting a roof on a village, living underground, using Eclipse glasses, or creating something like a city, especially for that? And yes, I know Madara would force some people, but I highly doubt he would travel in all the world just to catch them all, and if he tried to find them, they could just hide from him. Not saying it is bad to fight him, of course it is correct, but with a roof or facility they could take their time! XD
