What is debate tourney thing everyone seem to be so interested and talk about? What is its purpose and what makes it different than regular debate; if it has differences? Why do i not understand a shizz?

Starting off it's a Team debate... maybe the first one in NB history? Other than that, I'm not sure how it'll be different. Only Anub has the answer. I must say, it does seem interesting.
